Here we combined the most frequent questions for you. You can contact our customer service at: buchung@ontourtoparty.de We generally recommend that you read carefully our terms of transportation. Please note, that every booking on www.ontourtoparty.de is binding. When you receive the booking confirmation and the email confirmation a valid contract is generated between you and Ontour To Party. Cancellations and rebookings can then only be done according to our terms of transportation.

1. I have not received a confirmation yet. Was my booking successful?
With a successful online booking you should receive an email of confirmation to your address within a few minutes. Should this not be the case please check your spam first. Otherwise please address our service team: buchung@ontourtoparty.de


2. How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are sent only digitally. The email of confirmation includes your booking data as well as your tickets as an attachment. They contain a bar code that is scanned when entering the bus. The tickets needs to be there for the departure as well as a valid ID (passport, driver's licence,...).


3. Can I receive my tickets by offline mail?
It is not possible to get the tickets send by mail, only via email.


4. What are the payment methods?

You can use PayPal or direct bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer is only possible if there is a minimum time span of 8 days between bookingdate and the desired traveldate.


5. How does the barcode ticket work?
All the relevant data for your trip is stored in the bar code. Our assistant driver scans and checks the code when entering the bus. Therefore the code needs to be presented for all trips.


6. Will there be music in the bus?
Of course we want to get you in the right mood so in accordance with the driver music will be played at a moderate level.
